1. Any type of aerial devices, drones, or remote-controlled cameras, etc.
2. Professional or semi-professional recording devices (audio or video), handheld video cameras, and all types of lenses;
3. Any type of flagpole, selfie stick, monopod, tripod, gimbal, etc.
4. Weapons and sharp objects;
5. Umbrellas of all kinds;
6. Oversized suitcases;
7. Flags and cheering banners exceeding 30 × 10 cm in size;
8. Any posters, banners, national emblems, signage, or related materials containing content that distorts or opposes the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
9. Pets (except guide dogs).
10. Illegal drugs, tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, stimulants, alcoholic beverages, or any other prohibited substances.

12. Loa, còi, kèn, mic hát karaoke di động hoặc các vật dụng có thể gây tiếng ồn khác;
13. Seats, including small or portable chairs.
14. Flashlights, laser pointers, or any type of laser devices. 
15. Spray bottles or containers (except hand sanitizers under 50 ml or doctor-prescribed medications). 
16. Bottles, cans, boxes, or containers of any kind. 
17. Outside food and beverages.
18. Any promotional or marketing materials from entities not in partnership with MAY.
19. All other items deemed inappropriate by the Organizer. MAY reserves the right to deny entry to any attendee who violates the Terms & Policies or fails to comply with program regulations, and no refunds will be provided.

MAY warmly welcomes all “Merchants” to experience our events, but unfortunately, children under 3 years old are not permitted to attend MAY due to the high sound levels and crowded environment that may affect them.
MAY always strives to take all necessary measures to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience throughout the event. Therefore, if you are accompanied by children under 12 years old, MAY recommends that you equip them with hearing protection devices to mitigate the adverse effects of high sound levels.
Additionally, children between 3 and 12 years old attending MAY must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older (one guardian for every two children) to oversee and assume full responsibility in the event of any incident.
MAY has a dedicated incident management area for children at the venue. Please contact the Organizer for guidance on accessing this area if needed during the event!

MAY SHOW tickets can only be purchased online through the website mayshow.vn or at direct sales points announced by the Organizer on the fanpage. MAY will not be legally responsible for any tickets bought through unauthorized channels or resold by third parties.

If you have concerns about special effects (such as lighting, audiovisual effects, or fireworks) or if you have any specific requirements for the event, please contact MAY before purchasing your ticket. MAY will make every reasonable effort to address any requests or concerns you have raised. Additionally, MAY recommends that you use hearing protection to safely guard your ears against prolonged exposure to high sound frequencies.
