Outdoor Liveshow "Hoa Lu Vu Hoa"

HOA LU VU HOA is an immersive open-air performance produced by MAY Heritage as part of the Non La Vietnam Festival, a vibrant series of art, culture, and tourism events.

I. TICKET POLICY

• All ticket categories are eligible for a 15% discount on bookings made from March 27 through March 31.
• MAY charges the full ticket price for both adults and children occupying their own seats.
• All of MAY’s promotional offers are valid for one-time use per order and cannot be combined with other promotions. Discount codes are only applicable when tickets are booked directly with MAY’s organizer.
• The order value does not include food, beverages, or additional services unless otherwise specified by the event organizer.

II. CHÍNH SÁCH VÉ TRẺ EM

• Với các bé dưới 3 tuổi: MAY xin phép KHÔNG NHẬN tham gia chương trình vì không gian có âm thanh lớn và đông người, dễ ảnh hưởng tới sức khỏe trẻ nhỏ.
• Với bé từ 3 tuổi trở lên: phải có ghế ngồi riêng, MAY tính phí vé TƯƠNG ĐƯƠNG như người lớn. Mỗi vé ứng với 01 ghế ngồi trong 01 show diễn.
• Riêng với hạng vé khu vực NGỒI THUYỀN: MAY KHUYẾN CÁO các bé dưới 1m2 nên ngồi khu vực NGỒI THỀM thay vì NGỒI THUYỀN để đảm bảo an toàn tuyệt đối trong quá trình show diễn ra.

III. ĐẶT CHỖ & THANH TOÁN

• Online booking applies to all current MAY shows on sale.
• Tickets for events organized by MAY can only be purchased online at https://mayshow.vn or through other official ticket outlets clearly announced on the Fanpage.
• MAY shall not be held legally responsible for any tickets purchased through unauthorized channels or resold by third parties.
• Each order can include a maximum of 20 tickets.
• You must complete your booking within five (5) minutes from the time you start. Any booking that fails to follow all the required steps or meet the specified time limit will be automatically canceled without prior notice.
• You are responsible for carefully reviewing your ticket details before making payment. No changes can be made once your booking is finalized. Upon receiving the e-ticket via email from the organizer, please double-check the information and contact us immediately if there are any errors.
• If you encounter any technical issues preventing you from completing your ticket purchase on MAY’s website, please contact the organizer for timely assistance.
• After you’ve completed your online payment, MAY will email you an e-ticket within 12 hours. If your booking and payment occur after 10:00 p.m., the organizer will confirm your reservation after 9:00 a.m. the next day.
• After completing your booking and payment, if you haven’t received any confirmation (email or phone call) from MAY within the specified timeframe, please contact our Customer Service Hotline or Fanpage for assistance. If you choose not to reach out, it will be assumed that your payment was successfully processed and that the organizer has fulfilled its obligation to reserve and confirm your booking.
• You are responsible for keeping your physical ticket intact and safeguarding the ticket code (for e-tickets) prior to check-in. A ticket may be invalidated if any part of it becomes faded, torn, or altered. MAY will not be liable for, nor reissue, any ticket that is lost, stolen, or damaged.
